I still haven't received my complete order. After MANY attempts to work thru the ridiculous automated system at FedEx, just to be told that "the shipper" (Neat Attachments) needs to file a lost/missing ticket, I sent an email to the Neat attachment sales team. It is springtime and I have limited time to get the work done between rain storms, so I finally decided to call after waiting 3 days for a response. I was told that someone would get to the bottom of the issue and let me know the outcome. I have heard nothing except for an email asking for a review. The matter has not yet been resolved, it's been over 2 weeks. I don't feel that communication has been adequate and I certainly I don't feel valued as a customer. I am still awaiting a resolution to my incomplete order. My current thoughts are that I would go with another attachment company for our farm needs.
