Shipping was excellent and arrived on time. The harrow itself is very good. However, customer service has been poor—I've made two attempts to contact them without receiving a response. There is no usable written explanation or guidance on how to join the harrow sections, and no instructional video is available.
So far, the three-point hitch is inadequate for fully lifting the harrow off the ground. It needs to be longer and wider. The back bar is six feet long, which seems insufficient for the eight-foot harrow width, resulting in significant overhang. Additionally, the apparatus appears to need more support in the middle.
The absence of setup instructions or a customer service response makes it difficult to determine whether I've missed something in assembly or whether the three-point lift requires further consideration. At this point, I would rate it two stars overall—the chain harrow is excellent, but the three-point hitch is barely adequate.
