Product seems well made and durable. There was an issue with the shipping but that was the fault of FedEx. I rate NEAT ATTACHMENTS with 4 stars. I was disappointed with the fact that they would not answer the telephone or return a voice message. Tina responded via email very quickly and had a solution ready if FedEx couldn't find the second half of my shipment. Overall NEAT ATTACHMENTS is a good company to buy from.
